BIM Task Group

Our BIM programme is underpinned by four principal work-streams as illustrated in the diagram below, each swim-lane is managed by a core-team member from the Task Group.

These four swim-lanes will support the Government Departments in mobilising and implementing BIM, ensuring consistency of approach and self-sufficiency by our 2016 milestone.

These principal work-streams are enabled through a series of work-packages that are managed and delivered by cross industry experts.

Current work-packages are illustrated in the diagram below. Any new Work Package opportunities will be advertised on our website for tender purposes.
