BIM Task Group

Explanatory note – These documents are made available as templates for anyone seeking to procure support from a Facilities Management Advisor to support the Government Soft Landings approach delivered by the Design and Construction Team on a capital delivery building project. The approach is founded upon the SOFT LANDINGS FRAMEWORK BSRIA BG4/2009. The documents are available to be modified to meet the needs of specific procurement bodies. They must not be used without proper consideration of the full content of each document.
The GSL approach is about bridging the gap between construction and operation. In the section about Responsibilities the Facilities Management Advisor is required to align their input with the work of the Design and Construction Team so both sets of procurement documents must be coordinated and integrated.

The procurement body must consider the legal, contractual and commercial implications of using the documents.
