These can view BIM data in a range of formats; it may require export from a native product into a supported format, note Design Review installs a DWF ‘printer’ allowing suitable files to be generated from ANY product.
NBS – NBS Create operates also as a free BIM viewer. It can be downloaded from their website by registered members. Registration is free and requires a name and email address only (https://www.thenbs.com/account/AccountLanding.aspx)
Once registered you can download NBS Create and use it as a free information model viewer. Better still you can export to COBie using the free viewer too as well as create other useful reports
